Central Vacuum System can vacuum-up
different material like dust, splinters
as well as liquids by utilising a central
piping network. Depending on the respective
requirements the material can be sucked
into an intermediate pre-separator or
directly into the central filter separator.
The unit consists
of:

The Central Piping Network is made
of steel pipes adapted to the respective conditions
and air volumes required. The pipes are joined by
means of easily removeable clamps without a necesity
of welding and facilitating an easy exchange upon
wear-off. The pipe bends are either made of steel
in large radius or rubber to minimise wear and drag.
The self sealing hose couplings are available in
the nominal sizes from 38 mm to 200 mm and upon
demand can be equipped with a micro switch to facilitate
immediate operation.
The Pre-Separators are available in the most different
designs and layouts to suite all possible applications.
Filter Separators are available in sizes ranging
from 2 to 160m2 filter surface. Different discharge
systems, container sizes, coated and antistatic
filter materials, filter cleaning methods, level
regulator and supporting steelwork are available
depending on requirement. This ensures that the
system can be integrated into an (existing) production
process.
Vacuum power packs in the range of 300 m3/h - 11,000
m3/h and a vacuum capacity of up to 900 mbar are
available. The power unit consists of an acoustic
enclosure which houses the pump and the motor complete
with safety filter, relief valve and any additional
protective sensors that may be required. The control
switch box is fitted to the outside of the sound
hood and is available with additional functions
to suite for the respective duties required.
