Our spot suction units are concepted for decentralized dust vacuum tasks in connection with mechanical or pneumatic transport systems. Depending on the material to be separated the filters can consist of different filter methods and - materials such as cartridges, hose cassettes or hose filters. The cleaning is done fully automatically and continuously.

Dust emersion is avoided because the entire casing of the whole system is kept in ‘under pressure’. The dust vacuumed-up is proceeded onto a system below (e. e. conveyor belt). For the material discharge therefore no extra maintenance effort is necessary.

Construction Types and Operation Possibilities:
- 1,8 to 152 m² filter surface
- different cloth- or cartridge filter materials
- horizontal for attachment to silos, chain- , worm- or belt conveyors,
   transfer points, etc. ...
- vertical for attachment to elevator systems
- use of under pressure filter with integrated or separate ventilator
- use of excess pressure filter, e. e. for air injection silos

Advantages:
- reduced maintenance effort, without dust discharge- and piping system
- dust discharge directly onto the transport system, no emptying of
   a container required
- reduced energy requirement as only short distance supplies necessary
- no dust blending of the various kinds of dust
- no dust deposits in the suction pipes
- reduced danger of fire and explosion
